Red Paddle Co boards come with a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase. This can be extended to a 5 year warranty when registered online within 3 months of purchase. This maximum extension is only applicable to new and unused boards from the latest model year.

Clothing should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with its label intact and still attached to the product. Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labeling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.

How to store your board
Before storing, rinse all equipment in fresh water and let it dry completely.
To pack away, lay the deflated board deck-up and place the pump across the nose, leaving enough room to wrap the board over. Roll tightly, then secure with the strap. Use the backpack’s internal strap to secure the board inside.
Store your board in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. If keeping it rolled up, avoid excess pressure on the straps. If space allows, it’s best to store the pump separately.

Structural: the high-tensile drop-stitch fibres are designed to withstand pressures in excess of 22psi, meaning Red boards can be inflated to provide unrivalled stiffness and confidence, no matter the rider weight or prevailing conditions.
Laminate: the reinforced composite coating is bonded to the textile core using machine welding that applies heat and pressure to the inner PVC layer, saving over 2kg of adhesives and reducing cosmetic and safety concerns. Produced under low tension, this process creates a torsional stiffening effect when the boards are inflated, making MSL® stiffer at lower pressures.

We’ve taken standard inflatable technology and reworked almost every aspect of it. By pinpointing key areas, we’ve identified improvements – from the precise bonding of layers to the application of optimum rocker curve, triple-taped reinforced rails to our exclusive MSL® drop-stitch material, no element is overlooked.

Since then, our commitment to constant innovation has seen us push the boundaries of inflation technology. That’s why we’re so confident that our reimagined Titan II is the best pump on the market. Quite simply, it puts air into your board faster and reaches a higher pressure with less effort.
The double-chamber Titan II has a bayonet fitting at both ends of the hose, attached directly to the airbox to reduce leaks and so it doesn’t thrash about in use. Folding feet and a removable quick-release handle reduce the size by 30% when you’re finished, making it more packable and portable.

So this review is not about the board as I have not tried it yet. It’s about the awesome first class customer service. Lauren was incredibly helpful, communication superb as was all the team that I came into contact. It’s not often I can and would write this kind of review but we’ll done the Red Team. Excellent board construction and great bag to lug it around in. Board is super stable - a definite step up from my old AquaSpirit board. Would have much more confidence having kids on board with me.
Only gripe is that it would be nice to have an option to get the package without the pump - had already upgraded to Titan 2 pump for old board, so have 2 now! Fantastic pump though.

A newbie to SUP, I'd always fancied having a go for years whilst on holiday and having looked at other packages (which were a lot cheaper) I decided on Red after having two lessons on Red boards at my local outdoor activity centre. My board was a collective 50th birthday pressie from family & friends :-). I chose the 10'8", rather than 10'6" for more stability, potential pooch and to share with OH & friends.
Super simple to put together and I knew I'd made the right decision. Unfortunately, my gauge didn't work, but that was replaced the next day no problem and following instructions from support team I didn't have to wait for new gauge and could get out on the water straight away.
As I don't have storage issues I will probably upgrade to a fixed paddle at some point, but looking forward to new adventures and trying not to be a fair weather SUP'er !
